A custom order typically takes about one to two weeks to finish depending on the size of the order and the order in which it was received.  Satisfaction is always guaranteed! We will email you several pictures of the finished creation before final payment is expected so we can be sure that everyone is happy!

Custom orders require a greater deal of time and as such we require a 25% non-refundable deposit on ALL custom orders. This non-refundable deposit will then be applied to the final payment. Custom orders are to be paid in full within 10 days of receiving the final pictures unless prior arrangements have been made. If payment is not made within this time frame all deposits will be lost.
