Return Policy:
You may return any item(s) within 10 days for a full refund
less shipping. Return items must be complete and undamaged as you received
them.
Merchandise lost or damaged
(if insured) in transit will be replaced as soon as possible. Customers
not satisfied with purchase or quality of purchase can return item(s) for
100% refund (customer must pay shipping costs) upon receipt of returned
merchandise.
If you ordered by credit
card I will process a credit to your credit card account as soon as I
receive the item(s). If you ordered by mail with a check or money order I
will send you a refund check as soon as I receive the item(s).
Replacement of Broken Beads:
If a bead should break at anytime, you may return it
for a replacement. Please email me and let me know if this happens.
Breakage is rare, but does sometimes happen. I guarantee my beads against
breakage.
Please be aware that I travel quite often for shows and you may not see
your returned item(s) until I return from the trip. There may be a delay
of two or three weeks for processing your return in this case.
